The International Shuffleboard Association (ISA) promotes the sport of shuffleboard by supporting national associations throughout the world.
The ISA was formed in 1979 with the 3 charter nations of Canada, Japan and the USA. The addition of Australia, Brazil, Germany, Norway, the United Kingdom, and Austria round out the current 9 member nations.
A bi-annual World Championship Tournament is the primary event sponsored by the ISA.

The 43rd ISA World Singles Championship will be held in Brazil in 2027. More details to follow.

What an amazing time we had at the 2025 ISA World Championship in Hohenroda, Germany. Congratulations to our champions Jessica Cegiela of Germany and Mark Malatt of the USA along with everyone that played. The first Shuffle Cup held in Tjøme, Norway, June 2026, was a tremendous success! Members of the European and Americas Teams faced off in Singles and Doubles play over three days at the lovely Havna Hotel. The European team won the competition with a score of 62.5 over the Americas with a score of 45.5. New and old friends from Norway, Germany, and the USA enjoyed camaraderie, wonderful Norwegian food and perfect weather.
