This is International teamwork: Earl Ball (USA), Michael Hirsch (USA), Bernar Borges (BRA) and Torben Hussmann (GER) teamed up to play as “The Young Guys & the Old Guy” and won the Summer Season 2011 of the World Shuffleboard League (WSL).

They beat “President’s Choice” from Germany in the Play Offs by 176.25 to 171.5 points and are entitled to use the name “Club World Champions of Shuffleboard – Summer Season 2011.”

The winners final scores: Earl (172-204-170), Bernar (193-181-187), Michael (179-176-171) and Torben (172-158-152).

Their opponents from President’s Choice scored: Adrian Gepel (170-136-141), Dieter Hussmann (175-164-157), Torsten Wüsthoff (164-190-174) and Willi Wüsthoff (180-194-213). Also on that team but did not play in the finals: Torben Hussmann & Philipp Schlögl.

President’s Choice is also awarded the best German team.
