Greetings World Members.

Once again we are about to meet for our 35th World Shuffleboard Team Championship.  Our Host city is beautiful St. Cloud, Florida and together with John Poole and his team at the Kissimmee Sports Commission will make this one of the most memorable world championships to date. They are both doing a wonderful job to meet or exceed all of our championship requirements. The Embassy Suites Hotel is quite charming and has extended its arms in preparation of our weeklong stay.

Banquet meals at the hotel are carefully being planned to leave us in awe.  The championship facilities at the St. Cloud Shuffleboard Club have been renovated in preparation of our visit. The courts are sparkling and as professional as can be for the best of the world to compete on them.  If you were one of the 100 selected competitors I congratulate you and look forward to meeting each and every one of you at the World Championship from 22 – 28 October 2016.

My parting advice too you is:  Practice, Practice and more practice because you are about to come face to face, on the courts of battle, with the best shuffleboard players from 13 nations.

Sincerely,

Michael Robert Zellner, President
