On behalf of the ISA we send our Deepest Condolences to Joe Messier and family on the passing of Cecile Messier. She will be remembered for her friendly smile.
Cecile served as Secretary on the ISA board when her husband Joe was the ISA President. In recognition of Cecile’s contribution to shuffleboard, may her memory be a blessing. Joe & Cecile were an amazing couple enjoying life together with their many hobbies and travels.
We keep Joe and family in our thoughts and prayers.
