Package Price:

Player Fee – $350
Non Player Fee – $250
Non Playing child w/ playing adult – $135
* All funds are in US Dollars (USD)

Payment terms:

50% payment of "Package Price" is due no later than Saturday, June 1, 2013 and
balance must be “paid in full” by September 1, 2013.

100% payment of ISA Player Fee is due by September 1,2013.

NOTE: We are strongly requesting that each national organization have one person dedicated to receiving its players’ funds and sending them to both recipients as a group payment.  This facilitates our work and provides better funds control.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund of both fees, if cancelled prior to August 1st, 2013
  • 50% refund of both fees, if cancelled from August 1st to September 30th, 2013
  • NO REFUNDS of either fee, if cancelled on or after October 1st, 2013

Rate includes a full hot breakfast served in a private room for the ISA. These special ISA rates may be available three days before to three days after the tournament dates, subject to availability. All attendees and registered hotel guests parking a vehicle will be charged a reduced rate of $3.00 per day, based on availability in the hotel parking lot. Hotel amenities include: Complimentary guestroom internet, 10% off in hotel outlets (Starbucks, Tangerine Restaurant, Dali Lounge), fitness room and pool.

Airport Transportation:

Tampa International Airport (TPA) – 23 miles from Hilton St. Petersburg (Bayfront). If you are renting a car at the airport, the travel time to the hotel is about 30 minutes.

St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE)-Allegiant, Sun Wing (Toronto), Air Transat (Nova Scotia) Airlines – 13 Miles from Hilton St. Petersburg (Bayfront).

Orlando International Airport (MCO)-109 miles from Hilton St. Petersburg (Bayfront).

Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW)- 169 miles from Hilton St. Petersburg (Bayfront)

Non-Tournament Optional Excursions:

We know that many participants will make their travel plans to arrive in St. Petersburg on Friday, October 18th or Saturday, October19th. There are no organized tournaments events scheduled for those days and you will have the opportunity to enjoy St. Pete.

Currently there are 2 Optional Excursions planned:

1.  We are organizing an optional dinner cruise event for Saturday evening, October 19, 2013. You can make your reservation and payment with your tournament registration. Please see the promotion brochure for information.  Cost per person – $75.00 usd

2.  On Sunday, October 20, 2013 there will be a bus, sponsored by the ISA, going from the St. Pete Shuffleboard Club at 2:00 PM to the ISA Hall of Fame in Clearwater.  This bus will return to the Hotel at 5:00 PM.  * There is no charge for this excursion.
